Chattanooga Marriott Downtown

Enjoyed Valentines day weekend here. Really nice hotel. Staff was incredible. Breakfast was good. Parking was ok. Location for me wasnt great but it worked out.

Visited to play in a darts tournament. Nice hotel. Was way over priced drinks! Rooms were too expensive for my taste, so I started at super 8 a few minutes up the road!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott hotel due to a winter storm that prevented me from commuting to work. The hotel's staff kindly provided accommodations to ensure my safety. When my car battery died on the last evening, the front desk staff, including Katie, were extremely helpful and notified Jordan, who assisted me in jump-starting my vehicle despite the freezing temperatures. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional customer service displayed by the staff, who truly embody the spirit of hospitality. Although my stay was brief and work-related, I was impressed by the hotel's amenities and my comfortable room. If I find myself in Chattanooga, TN, in the future, I would certainly choose to stay at this Marriott property again. The staff's dedication to providing outstanding service is what sets this hotel apart. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Katie and Jordan for their kindness and assistance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were here for a rowing event you park your car in their garage for I think it was $20 a night. I was done greeted by Carly at the Front Desk who was very happy to help me. We were lucky to get a room on a high floor with a great view of Lookout Mountain. The rooms were very clean. The only hiccup we had was that we ordered food for the team from the hotel that was cold but a group of teenagers usually doesn’t complain about food overall we had a great experience. You can use the trolley to get downtown. It makes a stop at the Marriott and is free but accept donations. The bed we slept in was soft and comfortable.

This hotel exceeded every expectation at every turn. It was though every employee was coached to be the most amenable person you ever met. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and well appointed. In a word, it all came together, something a person who frequently travels cannot say often enough. Kudos to the Chatt Marriott staff. As perfect an experience as I’ve had in four decades of traveling. Whether you’re here on business or to experience this great town, you will not find a hotel that tries harder and executes better.

Have stayed in this Marriott that is adjacent to the Chattanooga Convention Center several times over the past few years. Awesome location being connected to the Convention Center. The hotel room I had several issues with extremely hot water and no cold water, I know it's usually the other way around with maintenance issues. Two elevators out of commission during my three day stay. Hopefully the next time staying here those glitches will not be going on and hopefully no others take place.

Location is great if the bar closes go to pickle barrel thinks to Savannah‘s Recommendation she’s on the night shift. She’s so sweet and nice and comforting. She made the whole experience 10 times better. Customer service is very important in Savannah definitely has a skill of making you feel right at home.

The food service staff and kitchen staff are amazing! The valete parking staff members are very professional and fast and friendly. Definitely recommend this place. The restaurant is open to the public that the breakfast is better than any breakfast place in downtown Chattanooga!
